We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice and we recommend that you should review them each time you use the website for purchases. Ordering You can shop at Lizzie's Barkery.com at any time. Simply add the product(s) you would like to order to your shopping cart. You can alter the quantities at the checkout. You can view your cart at any time by selecting ‘view cart’. If you wish to remove an item from the cart, just adjust the quantity and refresh the cart. Once you have completed your shopping proceed to the checkout, where you will be able to select your payment method via the PayPal secure checkout. Please note that all prices on our website exclude delivery charges. The delivery charge will be added separately when you checkout. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Payment We use PayPal for all online payments. By virtue of Paypal we accept all major credit/debit cards online. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Postage & Delivery Where possible we aim to despatch most orders within 48 hours of receiving and processing your order (not including out of stock items). You should receive your items within 3-5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays & weekends). We use Royal Mail and for larger or heavier items we may use courier. We deliver within the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. Our current standard delivery charge is £2.50 for the UK, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. There may be an additional charge for heavier items or those sent to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. If this is the case we will contact you by email prior to processing your order, to advise you of the costs. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a card should be left by Royal Mail/courier with instructions to arrange delivery at another time or to collect from their local depot within 5 days. Please be assured that all the items we sell are brand new and in perfect condition. Cancelling your order You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of your goods for a full refund, excluding postage costs. To cancel your order, please use the contact form. The item must be returned in the original packaging and must not have been used or damaged in any way. We cannot accept responsibility for items that may be damaged or lost in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control. Items must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation. We will review any returns – where any damage or missing elements are found a refund may be refused or a credit note issued in its' place. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges We offer a 14 day returns policy, from the date of dispatch. If you wish to return or exchange an item please use the contact form prior to returning the item to us, giving details of your name, address and the reason for the return/exchange and we will provide you with the return address. The items must be returned in their original packaging, must not have been used or damaged in any way. If you have requested a refund, this will be issued upon receipt, excluding the postage cost. We aim to process your refund within 5 days of receiving the item back. Please note that we are unable to refund your postage costs. Refunds can only be processed to the card that was originally used to make the purchase via Paypal, we cannot refund to any other card. If you have requested an exchange, we aim to send out the replacement item within 5 days of receiving the original item back. There is a charge of £2.50 to cover the cost of sending the replacement item. This may be more if it is for a heavier item or item that originally incurred higher postage. This can be made via PayPal or by sending a cheque with the original item payable to Lizzie's Barkery. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or we have sent you the wrong item in error please use the contact form within 3 days of receiving the items and we will provide you with the return address. Please send the item back in its original packaging and once we receive it you will receive a full refund including your postage costs. Lizzie's Barkery reserves the right to determine if an item is in an unused condition. We aim to process your refund within 5 days of receiving the item back. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage for returning items for refunds/exchanges as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that may be damaged or lost in transit or any other circumstances beyond our control. Complaints Procedure If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items or service you receive please contact us via the contact form where we aim to resolve your problem within 5 working days.
